Living in a world that constantly evolves, we experience stress and anxiety every day. Our body is constantly in a state of anxiety and our mind is out of focus.
From the moment we wake up all the way to the moment we fall asleep, the scenario is always the same and we are on the center of the stage: we try to cover our family’s needs, to live up to our own expectations, to organize, to complete…
We live on autopilot.
And among all these that there is this constant wonder: “How am I doing as a parent?”

“How calmly do I treat my kid?”
“What do I have to offer to my kid’s everyday life?”
“Am I present in its life?”
“How much do I take care of my relationship with my child?”
“How much do I enjoy the moments with my kid?”
“Do I spend enough time so my kid can be satisfied with me?”
Heart and Mind Gym™ for Mindful Parents is a training program on stress management and emotional and spiritual wellness, targeting mindful parenting.
The parent:
- Learns how to regulate the nervous system and acquire self-control.
- Learns techniques on how to manage day to day stressful situations.
- Learns ways to come to ‘Now’ and enjoy moments with the kid.
- Cultivates consciousness and empathy
- Strengthens emotionally and spiritually
- Learns how to set boundaries and communicate with the kid
- Learns new ways of communicating and approaching the kid
- Cultivates a safe and trusting relationship with the kid.
A peaceful and composed parent means a peaceful and composed child.
- Heart and Mind Gym™ for Mindful Parents is a three month plan.
- The plan includes a 60 minute session per week.
- The groups are consistent with a small number of participants.(up to 5 people)
- It is conducted in person or online
