A creative session through which you can train your mind and change your life.
First things first.
Stress is a natural mechanism of our Nervous System that answers our need to protect ourselves when we are in danger or when our brain thinks we are in danger.
To put it simply, it is our personal alarm that goes off when it’s time to run for our lives.
When we are under pressure, the Sympathetic Nervous System triggers a fight or flight response. Then, hormones like cortisol and adrenaline are released, which power our body so we can escape danger. Our breathing accelerates, our heartbeat rises, we start sweating etc.
Nowadays, things have gotten complicated. We might not be worried that we will be eaten by a beast when we exit a cave, but our way of living today is so intense that certain situations feel threatening to our survival. This is why our sympathetic nervous system is constantly activated. That creates chronic stress that harms seriously our everyday life and health.
We isolate ourselves, we avoid social interaction, we lose our spark for life and we cannot feel pleasure. More and more medical research links anxiety with a weak immune system and autoimmune diseases.
In our one to one coaching sessions we search for the root of anxiety that torments you and we seek to figure out your own stress strategy, the way in which your own system manages stress and we will try to work with it. We will train your mind, so you are able to perceive when your body and behaviour is under stress. You will learn to manage your thoughts and emotions and you will acquire stress relief tools. Using special mental techniques we will install new patterns of thinking and behaviour, that empower your mind and allow you to enjoy your life in tranquility. Gradually and all the way to the end of our cooperation, you will be building a new flexible mindset so you can choose between people and situations according to your own peace and safety. You will know and be certain of yourself and will be holding your life in your own hands.
- Our cooperation through individual one to one sessions lasts approximately four months. The most important thing here is your dedication.
